Fast From App Policies
The Fast From App Privacy Policy describes the public app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch and the Android evaluation version, including device-local records, platform permissions, purchases, sharing, retention, and deletion.
The Washington Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy covers health-related information a person may enter in the optional Reason field and the applicable request and appeal process.

When you send Android feedback, JonWard Studios receives the contact information, message, screenshots, attachments, and technical details you choose to submit. We use those submissions to respond, investigate reported behavior, and document product and security decisions.

Retention

__cf_bmcookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity according to Cloudflare's published description. - Cloudflare, OpenAI Sites, and email providers retain platform records according to their applicable terms and security needs.
- Messages and related records are retained for the time needed to answer the request, investigate the issue, document a decision, and meet applicable legal obligations.
- Records collected during earlier authorized beta testing, including survey responses and recovery records hosted through Railway, remain subject to their collection disclosures and are retained only while needed for the documented testing, security, or legal purpose.
- Device-local app records follow the retention and deletion rules in the App Privacy Policy.
Security
Website delivery uses HTTPS and hosting-provider security controls. Users should protect their devices, platform accounts, email accounts, and accountability codes. Security reports may be sent to support@fastfrom.app.
Privacy Rights
Applicable law may give a person rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing, and to object to certain processing. A person may also withdraw consent where consent applies and complain to the data-protection authority with jurisdiction over the person's location.
