Scope
This policy provides Washington-specific information about consumer health data a person may choose to enter in the optional Fast From Reason field.
The Fast From App Privacy Policy describes the broader app data boundary.
Consumer health data covered by this policy
A Reason is optional free text. A Washington consumer may choose to enter information about physical or mental health status, treatment, medication, symptoms, health goals, or efforts to obtain a health service.
The person using Fast From is the source of the Reason.
How Fast From uses a Reason
Fast From stores a Reason on the person's Apple device and displays it with the applicable fast, schedule, completion, or history record. This processing provides the record requested by the person.
JonWard.IO LLC has zero designed access to the Reason through Fast From. Fast From performs zero health analysis, diagnosis, inference, profiling, advertising, or marketing with a Reason.
Sharing, sale, and recipients
JonWard.IO LLC shares and sells zero Reasons through Fast From.
The Fast From achievement card excludes Reasons. Advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, affiliates, and other Fast From users receive zero Reasons through achievement sharing.
JonWard.IO LLC has zero affiliates, processors, or other third parties receiving Reasons from Fast From.
Apple may store Fast From records in an Apple backup or transfer them to another Apple device when the person uses those Apple services. Apple handles those services under the person's Apple settings, terms, and privacy practices. JonWard.IO LLC receives zero backup or transfer records.
Choice, access, and deletion
Reason is optional. An empty Reason creates zero saved Reason.
A person can view a saved Reason with the related Fast From record. Removing Fast From from an Apple device removes the app and its locally stored data from that device. Apple manages copies held in iCloud Backup, device backups, and device transfers under the person's Apple settings and Apple's privacy practices.
Requests and appeals
A Washington consumer may send a consumer health privacy request or appeal to support@fastfrom.app. Include Fast From consumer health privacy request in the subject.
JonWard.IO LLC can confirm the company's Fast From app-data boundary and respond to communications received through that email route. The sender's email address and message contents reach JonWard.IO LLC through the mail services selected by the sender and recipient.
A consumer whose appeal is denied may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General.
Policy changes
JonWard.IO LLC will publish the revised policy and its new effective date before a new consumer health data practice becomes active.
