Acceptable Use Policy

Effective September 6, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of fastfrom.app, the Fast From beta invitation, the beta feedback survey, the beta-safety and recovery functions, and messages or materials submitted to JonWard Studios through those services. It applies to every visitor, beta tester, survey participant, and person using a Fast From service.

Permitted Use

A person may use the public website to learn about Fast From, reach the help and privacy pages, open the TestFlight invitation, visit the Fast From Instagram profile, and contact JonWard Studios. An authorized beta tester may install and evaluate the designated TestFlight build, use its ordinary functions, request legitimate assistance, and submit voluntary feedback based on the tester's own experience.

User Responsibilities

  • Use Fast From and its services in compliance with applicable law, Apple's TestFlight terms, and the rights of other people.
  • Use an accountability code only with the knowledge and permission of the person who creates it.
  • Keep Recovery IDs, beta invitations, and private communications within the audience authorized by the Project Owner.
  • Submit truthful beta feedback based on actual use of the app.
  • Protect the device, Apple account, email account, accountability code, and any information used to request assistance.
  • Follow the current help instructions and report a suspected security issue to support@fastfrom.app.

Prohibited Conduct

A person must not:

  • attack, scan, probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to fastfrom.app, the beta-safety service, the beta survey, Railway storage, or another user's device or records;
  • circumvent access controls, request limits, TestFlight restrictions, beta capacity controls, or the owner authentication used for recovery actions;
  • use another installation's Recovery ID or request a recovery command without the device user's authority;
  • reverse engineer, alter, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create an unauthorized copy of the Fast From beta except where mandatory law grants that right;
  • use automated traffic, scraping, bots, or repeated requests in a way that burdens the website or services, evades Cloudflare security, or interferes with another person's access;
  • submit malware, executable code, deceptive links, unlawful material, infringing material, threats, harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent information;
  • place passwords, financial-account information, government identifiers, protected health information, another person's confidential information, or information about a child in a survey free-text field or ordinary email unless the specific communication lawfully requires it;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Fast From, JonWard.IO LLC, JonWard Studios, Apple, Railway, OpenAI, Cloudflare, or another provider; or
  • use Fast From as an emergency, parental-control, employee-monitoring, medical-treatment, or legally mandated access-control service.

Beta Conditions

The current Friends Beta is an owner-controlled TestFlight evaluation with a 50-person hard cap and a monitoring checkpoint at 20 joined testers. The Project Owner selects the designated build and may pause participation, replace a build, issue a recovery command, or close the beta. Apple limits each TestFlight build to its applicable testing period.

Fast From may contain defects during beta evaluation. Testers remain responsible for device access, backups, personal obligations, and choosing apps and times appropriate to their circumstances. Automatic scheduled release remains the ordinary end condition for an active fast.

Feedback and Submitted Material

A participant retains ownership of original feedback submitted by that participant. The participant grants JonWard.IO LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, summarize, and incorporate that feedback for Fast From development, testing, documentation, and commercialization. The license covers the submitted feedback and excludes ownership of the participant's pre-existing intellectual property identified in the submission.

Survey participants should use the provided choices and concise free-text fields. The survey requests anonymous responses. A participant controls the content entered in an optional field.

Intellectual Property

Fast From, its source code, design, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, website, documentation, and beta services belong to JonWard.IO LLC or the applicable rights holder. This Policy grants permission to use the public pages and authorized beta solely for their intended functions. Apple, TestFlight, Instagram, Railway, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and other third-party names and services remain governed by their respective rights and terms.

External Services

The website links to Apple TestFlight, Instagram, the Railway-hosted beta survey, and email. A user who follows an external link enters the destination provider's service and terms. The user chooses whether to open the link and what information to submit there.

Enforcement

JonWard Studios may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, block abusive traffic, withdraw a beta invitation, restrict access to a service, notify the affected provider, or refer unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority. The response will reflect the nature, severity, evidence, and recurrence of the conduct and applicable law.

Changes

JonWard Studios may revise this Policy when the website, beta, services, providers, or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date at the beginning identifies the current version.
