FAST FROM
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of fastfrom.app, the Fast From app, and messages or materials submitted to JonWard Studios. It applies to website visitors, app users, and authorized evaluation participants.
Permitted Use
A person may use the public website to learn about Fast From, reach the help and privacy pages, open the App Store listing, visit the Fast From Instagram profile, and contact JonWard Studios. A person may obtain Fast From through its authorized distribution channel, use its functions for personal digital fasting, request assistance, and submit voluntary feedback based on their own experience. App purchases and subscriptions follow the applicable App Store terms and purchase conditions.
User Responsibilities
- Use Fast From and its services in compliance with applicable law, applicable platform terms, and the rights of other people.
- Use an accountability code only with the knowledge and permission of the person who creates it.
- Keep evaluation invitations and private communications within their authorized audience.
- Submit truthful feedback based on actual use of the app.
- Protect the device, Apple account, email account, accountability code, and any information used to request assistance.
- Follow the current help instructions and report a suspected security issue to support@fastfrom.app.
Prohibited Conduct
A person must not:
- attack, scan, probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to fastfrom.app, its hosting services, or another user's device or records;
- circumvent purchase controls, access controls, request limits, or authorized evaluation distribution conditions;
- reverse engineer, alter, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or create an unauthorized copy of Fast From except where mandatory law grants that right;
- use automated traffic, scraping, bots, or repeated requests in a way that burdens the website or services, evades Cloudflare security, or interferes with another person's access;
- submit malware, executable code, deceptive links, unlawful material, infringing material, threats, harassment, impersonation, or fraudulent information;
- place passwords, financial-account information, government identifiers, protected health information, another person's confidential information, or information about a child in ordinary feedback or email unless the specific communication lawfully requires it;
- misrepresent affiliation with Fast From, JonWard.IO LLC, JonWard Studios, Apple, Railway, OpenAI, Cloudflare, or another provider; or
- use Fast From as an emergency, parental-control, employee-monitoring, medical-treatment, or legally mandated access-control service.
Personal Digital Fasting
Fast From is intended for voluntary personal digital fasting. Users remain responsible for device access, backups, personal obligations, and choosing apps and times appropriate to their circumstances. Scheduled release is the ordinary end condition for an active fast.
Android Evaluation
Participation and installation
Authorized Android testers may install and evaluate the build designated in their invitation. Obtain installation files and updates through the channel identified by JonWard Studios, and follow the invitation's access and redistribution conditions.
Use a device you own or have permission to manage. Protect your device, installation files, email account, and any platform account used to obtain the app.
Voluntary personal use
Fast From is intended for voluntary personal digital fasting. Choose apps and times that preserve access to essential communication, work obligations, and services you may need.
Android pause behavior depends on the permissions you enable and the phone's operating conditions. You retain control of those permissions through Android Settings. Emergency access, medical care, supervision of children or employees, and legally required access controls require services designed for those purposes.
Use partner protection with the informed agreement of the person creating the code.
Evaluation conditions and assistance
Evaluation builds may contain defects. Review the selected items and timing before starting a fast, and report unexpected behavior to support@fastfrom.app.
Android fasts are managed through the app and Android's permission controls. For assistance, describe the problem and your app version. Include screenshots or diagnostic material only when you choose to share them, after reviewing them for personal information.
The Android evaluation invitation identifies its applicable distribution conditions and the designated build.
The existing provisions governing lawful conduct, intellectual property, feedback ownership and licensing, and enforcement also apply to authorized Android evaluation.
Feedback and Submitted Material
A participant retains ownership of original feedback submitted by that participant. The participant grants JonWard.IO LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, analyze, summarize, and incorporate that feedback for Fast From development, testing, documentation, and commercialization. The license covers the submitted feedback and excludes ownership of the participant's pre-existing intellectual property identified in the submission.
Intellectual Property
Fast From, its source code, design, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, website, and documentation belong to JonWard.IO LLC or the applicable rights holder. This Policy grants permission to use the public pages and authorized app functions for their intended purposes. Apple, Instagram, Railway, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and other third-party names and services remain governed by their respective rights and terms.
External Services
The website links to the Apple App Store, Instagram, JonWard Studios, and email. A user who follows an external link enters the destination provider's service and terms. The user chooses whether to open the link and what information to submit there.
Enforcement
JonWard Studios may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, block abusive traffic, withdraw an evaluation invitation, restrict access to a service, notify the affected provider, or refer unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority. The response will reflect the nature, severity, evidence, and recurrence of the conduct and applicable law.
Changes
JonWard Studios may revise this Policy when the website, app, services, providers, or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date at the beginning identifies the current version.
